Dear NL800,

You could try this; in any internet browser in incognito/inPrivate mode, go to: https://teams.microsoft.com/, access with your Office 365 account, then, verify if you can access through Teams "web-client", if is it, perform below process in the local client on Windows 10:

1. Close Microsoft Teams (Check out if appears in Windows toolbar and close it).
2. Copy and paste following path Windows File Explorer:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
3. Delete all content in that folder
4. Re-start Microsoft Teams.
5.- Access with your personal account (Sign in there).
Then check out app behavior.

If you say that after this process, he can work fine, but next, has same problem,
you can get the log and verify if the problem is related with your ADFS, so, in order to get logs from Teams client:
(Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 1), see more information in below link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

By other hand, this situation is little more complex due to your AD Om-prem, so, I suggest you to create a ticket in Office 365 admin portal:
https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/h...
You will need a Admin account from your tenant, after created it, an agent will reach you by phone, in no more that 30min, and will offer a remote desktop session in order to improve support and understand better the issue.

Regards,
Renzo

I have the same issue. As of yesterday, I can't sign in to the desktop app, hasn't been an issue the entire 2+ years I've used Teams.

I've tried reinstalling. I've tried the above solution of clearing the Teams appdata folder. Doesn't fix it. Web app works fine, mobile app appears to be fine as well. Just cannot sign in to the desktop app.
